For more than a decade, I’ve coached, mentored, and instructed thousands of product professionals, leaders, executives, and cross-functional teams. My career has spanned product leadership, strategy, organizational transformation, business growth, and talent development—giving me a practical, real-world perspective on what it takes to lead effectively.
